Mr. Hoe Chin Aik from Millennium Combined Adult Division was awarded the Top Ten Outstanding Chinese Youth Award for Year 2003 by the Penang Chinese Town Hall Youth Section. Mr. Hoe was conferred the Award by the Penang Chief Minister representative at a grand function in the Penang Chinese Town Hall on February 20.
Mr. Hoe is a Quantity Surveyor and is actively involved in community services, such St. John Ambulance and Lions Club. Mr. Hoe, 25, is the youngest winner among the ten finalists which comprise of politicians, corporate figures & professionals from various sectors. Congratulation, Mr. Hoe Chin Aik!
